Here’s the present site layout – 3 fields with ponies and a stable block – Redboro Lane is the road at bottom heading South, Normanton Road sweeps across from centre Left to bottom Right, and Spring Lane from centre left to upper right.  The maps are clearer in the council documents here ( 13/00959/OUTM)
