The Rotary Club of Ashby de la Zouch Castle will be hosting it’s second Charity Fashion Show and Clothes Sale on Wednesday 27th November starting at 7:30pm at the Methodist Church Hall, Ashby de la Zouch. Money is being raised to support the Trade AID project in Tanzania.
Following on from the success of last years inaugural event the Rotary Club of Ashby de la Zouch Castle will once again bring a taste of Milan to Ashby! Over £250 was raised at last years event and it is hoped that this figure will be beaten this year.
SOS Fashion will be providing the clothing from a host of major High Street names including M&S, next, Monsoon, evans, Wallis and many more. Members of the local community will be providing the entertainment by modelling many of the ranges on the catwalk, all of which and more will be available to try on and buy at the end of the fashion show at discounts of up to 50% compared to High Street prices! All ages and fashion styles are catered for with sizes ranging from 8 – 26 so there really will be something for everyone.
The event is being organised by the Rotary Club of Ashby de la Zouch Castle’s International Committee with one of their chosen charities this year being the Trade AID project in Tanzania. Money is being raised towards the £425 cost of providing a Trade AID box which will contain specially selected supplies to provide people with a head start in recovering from a disaster or to start working for themselves. A Trade AID box can be assembled to serve the needs of virtually any vital community role such as teachers, builders, mechanics, carpenters and so on……
Entrance is just £5 and the fashion show will start at 7:30pm at the Methodist Church Hall, 32 Burton Road, Ashby de la Zouch. A range of refreshments will be available on the night. Tickets are available from La Zouch Restaurant, Kilwardby Street, Ashby de la Zouch, or by email to dalewarren1982@btinternet.com.
