Join me in a new monthly ride initiative, which will focus on connecting people with the outdoors, using biking and the great outdoors as medicine in the management of mental illness. The project is called dingy.life  

I held a social ride on World Mental Illness Day, at Hicks Lodge on Sat 14th October, and plan a monthly ride for the foreseeable future supporting the charity MIND.  We raised £45 which was never my intention, but riders donated, so I thought what a great idea.
