Programme

7.30 Live music to Ollie Mellor
8.00 Announcements and thank you’s
8.15 Live Music to Ollie Mellor
8.45 Disco and dancing away to sun set
11.00 Finish

Reminders

  • There is a competition for the best decorated gazebo – the theme is “Films” so anything goes, and the sky is the limit.

  • There will be a tea tent for people who don’t have a Gazebo.

  • Lastly a reminder for people to bring their own picnics and liquid refreshments 

  • Help Needed: items for Tombola and Raffle Prizes

For this to be an annual village event for everyone, we need to raise funds. Could you help us? We are asking people to kindly donate:

  • nearly-new items, or unwanted gifts, for a tombola, and
  • brand-new items and gifts for raffle prizes.
  • Do you have any unwanted gifts, bottles of wine, chocolates etc that you could gift to the stall?
    All money raised on the tombola will go towards running next year’s party in the park.  email Carla: carla at harris-marsh dot com
  • Any donations can be dropped off at 3 High Street with Carla or at the cafe next door to the shop. Many thanks.
