My name is Derek Tookey<\/strong>, and my partner in business and life is Emma Talbot<\/strong>. That’s us in the photo alongside.<\/p>\n

Our vision for the Bull and Lion.<\/strong>
\nWe plan to run the Bull and Lion as a traditional village pub with quality fresh food and top quality Cask Ales with a first class service. We are both passionate about customer service, and we are looking forward to becoming an integral part of Packington as we will be living in the Pub full time.<\/p>\n

Our Background<\/strong>
\nI was a chef in the Army for 17 years, rising through the ranks to Staff Sergeant. Emma has worked for the last 4 years as a head stewardess for Sodexo Defence, providing a first class service to military personnel in Officers’ and Senior NCOs’ messes.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s next for the Bull and Lion?<\/strong>
\nWe plan to redecorate the interior of the pub.
\nWe will be introducing a menu of freshly-cooked and locally-produced food, with an increased lunch offer as well as the introduction of freshly-ground coffee.
\nWe are both passionate too about real Cask ales, and plan to increase the range on offer.
\nWe shall provide Free customer Wi-Fi.
